Getting to know SILARAS OJK

SILARAS (OJK Integrated Reporting System) is a unified reporting portal for all Financial Services Institutions (LJK) supervised by the OJK. Through SILARAS, finance companies are required to submit various periodic reports, including financial statements, credit progress reports, and corporate governance reports.

Types of Reports Submitted via SILARAS

  • Monthly Financial Reports - Balance sheet, income statement, and financial ratios

  • Financing Progress Report - Credit portfolio per segment and collectibility

  • NPF (Non-Performing Financing) Report - Data on non-performing loans

  • Corporate Governance Report (GCG) - Structure of directors, commissioners, and internal compliance

  • Critical Incident Report - Material incidents that affect operations

Reporting Steps in SILARAS

  1. Prepare source data - Ensure accounting and operational data per period has been reconciled and validated.

  2. Download the latest template - Log in to the OJK's SILARAS portal and download the report template according to type and period. Templates change periodically; always use the latest version.

  3. Fill in the template according to the account mapping - Map the company's internal accounts to the OJK standard account codes in the template. This is the most critical step - mapping errors will result in the report being rejected.

  4. Validation using OJK tools - Use the portal's built-in validator before submitting to detect format errors, invalid minus values, or empty mandatory fields.

  5. Upload and submit - Upload the validated file through the SILARAS portal. Save the receipt number as proof of reporting.

  6. Monitor the verification status - The OJK will verify the report. The status may change to "Accepted," "Needs Correction," or "Rejected." Monitor regularly and follow up immediately on any correction requests.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Using old templates that are no longer valid

  • Inconsistent account mapping between periods

  • Exceeded upload time limit due to manual data processing

  • Not keeping proof of delivery and receipt status
